His business proposal for a CosMc's restaurant, a new concept being piloted by McDonald's, showcased his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication. The proposal included a comprehensive 20-page document and a 15-minute oral presentation, detailing the restaurant's operations, marketing strategies, and financial projections. Joseph emphasized the unique offerings of CosMc's, positioning it as a competitor to Dunkin Donuts with a focus on innovative drinks. His boss, Richard Hogan, praised Joseph's effort, stating he sees potential in him as a future franchisee.
