Mayor Michelle Wu celebrated the grand opening of the Betty Greene Apartments, a significant new housing project in Jackson Square that provides 65 affordable units for lower-income families. The six-story building includes a variety of apartment sizes and income-restricted options, with 22 units designated for households earning up to 30% of the Area Median Income. The apartments are built to Passive House standards, ensuring energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.
