The ABC Forever Young Program, launched by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, is designed to engage older adults in a series of free outdoor activities throughout the spring. Taking place every Wednesday from 11:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m.

from April to June, the program offers a variety of activities at different city parks, promoting both fitness and social connection. The initiative not only encourages physical activity but also emphasizes mental well-being and community spirit among older residents. Importantly, there will be no session on April 23 due to the Boston Public Schools' vacation, allowing for planning around community needs. This program is an excellent opportunity for older adults to stay active and connect with others in a welcoming environment.
