Boston City Hall Plaza is gearing up to host a free fan festival from February 15-17, 2025, in celebration of the 4 Nations Face-Off, an international hockey tournament featuring NHL players from the U. S. , Canada, Finland, and Sweden. Open to the public from 11:00 a. m.

to 6:00 p. m. each day, the festival promises an array of engaging activities, including autograph sessions with NHL alumni and interactive hockey experiences designed for families. Mayor Michelle Wu emphasized the importance of the festival in fostering community spirit and excitement for hockey during the winter months in downtown Boston. The fan festival serves as a warm-up for the tournament taking place at TD Garden, where three games will be held, including matches featuring elite NHL players.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to watch live broadcasts of selected tournament games and visit the Hockey Hall of Fame Exhibit. The event aims to inspire young players, showcasing the thrilling rivalries between national teams. Glen Thornborough, president of TD Garden, expressed gratitude towards the city and Mayor Wu for their support in creating an unforgettable experience for fans.
