Boston will enforce parking restrictions and street closures for several upcoming events, including the Girls on the Run Road Race on November 16 and the Camp Harbor View 5K on November 22. The Girls on the Run race will commence at 9:00 a. m. on Charles Street, taking a specific route that impacts several surrounding streets. Similarly, the Camp Harbor View 5K will start from Charles Street, with parking restrictions on streets like Arlington Street and Beacon Street.

The MBTA advises riders to purchase round-trip tickets to facilitate quicker returns. In addition, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation has announced the closure of the Canterbury Street Bridge, effective September 12, due to inspection findings. This closure will impact vehicular traffic, but pedestrian access will remain available. Traffic detours will be in place, and drivers are urged to exercise caution and expect delays.
