'Color Flows' is one of the first projects stemming from the Boston Design Vision, which aims to transform public areas into community hubs. The City has invested $200,000 to support Creative Enterprises, enhancing the downtown area's vibrancy.

Local businesses, including a boba tea shop and a small business incubator, benefit from this activation. As Deputy Chief of Urban Design Diana Fernandez Bibeau noted, these creative solutions aim to strengthen the local economy and improve quality of life.
