The Boston Housing Authority has partnered with The Community Builders, known for their expertise in mixed-use developments, to lead the project. Webb Mgmt will assist as music rehearsal space engagement consultants, ensuring that the music community's needs are integrated into the project design. Mayor Wu noted the historic nature of the project for the Allston-Brighton cultural community and emphasized its role in combating artist displacement. BHA Administrator Kenzie Bok reaffirmed the commitment to addressing local housing needs while fostering connections among the community.

Joseph Henry of the Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture stated that this endeavor sets a new precedent for cultural infrastructure investment. Local leaders, including House Majority Leader Michael Moran, expressed support for enhancing access to creative arts programs.
