Man filmed Milford Lowe's workers using bathroom before leaving in Uber, police say

John Kelley, an 18-year-old from Wrentham, is charged with secretly filming employees in a Lowe's bathroom in Milford, Massachusetts. On June 27, employees reported that a man recorded them while using the restroom. They described seeing a cellphone positioned under the stall divider, linked to Kelley, who was identified through surveillance footage. Additional video captured him leaving the store as a passenger in a newer-model black Toyota Camry. Detectives secured a search warrant for Uber records associated with the vehicle, confirming Kelley’s identity.

After two weeks of investigation, Kelley confessed to the crime during police questioning. He faces two counts of photographing an unsuspecting nude person. His court appearance is scheduled for September, highlighting the serious legal implications of his actions.
