2 stranded hikers rescued from Mount Washington

Two hikers from Quebec were rescued late Tuesday night after becoming stranded on the challenging Huntington Ravine Trail on Mount Washington. The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department responded to a distress call around 7 p. m. regarding the hikers’ predicament in steep terrain. After advising them to shelter in place for safety, rescuers arrived around 9:40 p.
