The City of Bonney Lake is making strides in developing its Parks, Trails, Recreation and Open Space (PTRO) Plan, designed to align with community needs. The planning process has been informed by extensive feedback gathered at summer tabling events and through an online open house. As a result, the city is gearing up to share updated designs and new amenities that reflect this input. Residents are encouraged to participate in two upcoming opportunities to provide further comments: an online open house from October 10-20, 2023, and an in-person session on October 18, 2023. The in-person event will be held at the Public Services Center, featuring presentations at 6:00 p.

m. and 7:00 p. m. , with a Spanish translator available. By prioritizing community engagement, Bonney Lake aims to enhance its parks and trails network, fostering a vibrant recreational environment.
