Additionally, she founded the Blue Rose Agency LLC, which empowers entrepreneurs and supports small business growth.

Her academic credentials include an MBA and ongoing studies in Human Resource Management. Fomby has been actively involved in various boards and committees, reflecting her commitment to community service.
