The City of Bloomington's Commission on the Status of Women invites local artists and entrepreneurs to register for the 2025 Women’s Market on August 23 from 9 a. m. to 1 p. m. at City Hall.

This event allows vendors to showcase and sell handmade goods and art to the community. Registration is available online until August 4, with the participation being free but space limited. The commission, formed in 1973, focuses on closing the gender pay gap and advancing gender equity in Bloomington. By hosting the Women’s Market, the commission aims to empower local women entrepreneurs and artists.
