Additionally, the Curbside Management Plan is being developed to address increasing demands for curb space from various uses. The I-405 South Downtown Access Study, in partnership with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), is exploring access improvements with state funding implications. The committee is also advocating for investments in the I-405 Master Plan to support Sound Transit's Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project.
