These monthly meetings will take place at various accessible locations throughout the city, encouraging community engagement. The inaugural event is scheduled for March 8 at Sidekick Coffee, where residents will have the opportunity to discuss local issues and ask questions. City Manager Brandon Buchanan highlighted the initiative's goal to create a welcoming environment for residents to share their thoughts. Each session will feature up to three council members, along with key city staff, to engage in discussions about ongoing projects and community priorities.

This initiative reflects the city’s commitment to transparency and accessibility in governance. Residents are invited to attend any or all of the sessions to ensure diverse perspectives are represented.
