West Hollywood Announces Water Main Replacement Project

The City of West Hollywood is notifying the community about an upcoming water main replacement project by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), set to begin on November 4, 2024. This project will replace 1,300 feet of water main on N. La Cienega Boulevard, starting from Santa Monica Boulevard. Construction will take place Monday through Friday from 9 a. m.

to 4 p. m. , with no work on weekends or holidays. To minimize disruption, temporary no-parking signs will be posted, and vehicles parked during work hours may be towed. Electronic variable message boards will be set up at strategic locations to keep residents informed.

Community members are encouraged to sign up for email notifications regarding city news and events. For more information, residents can contact LADWP or visit the City’s website, where resources for public inquiries are available. City Hall is also open for walk-in services and appointments.
