U. S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro condemned the anti-Semitic nature of the attack, stating that the community is grieving due to the senseless violence. Attorney General Pamela Bondi emphasized that such brutality will not be tolerated and pledged to pursue the maximum punishment. Rodriguez allegedly fired multiple rounds at the victims as they left an event, with surveillance footage confirming his actions.

The FBI and Metropolitan Police Department are actively investigating, reinforcing their commitment to community safety and accountability for hate crimes.
