It boasts 136 beds, with plans to expand to 184, and includes a 54-bay emergency department designed to cater to both adults and children. Dr.

Anthony Coleman, CEO of Cedar Hill, highlighted the hospital's role in improving community health outcomes. The new medical center will work in conjunction with the George Washington University Hospital and additional health centers to offer comprehensive care. Universal Health Services has pledged $75 million to bolster healthcare services in the area, reinforcing the commitment to address local health needs. This opening is viewed as a transformative moment for residents, allowing them to access essential medical services closer to home.
