Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated V-Tech Solutions' 25th anniversary alongside the opening of the Holt Building, a significant development in Ward 2. This $4. 5 million project was supported by over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund. Founded by Victor P. Holt, a US Air Force veteran, V-Tech Solutions is dedicated to bolstering the local economy and providing job opportunities for DC residents.

The renovated Holt Building will house V-Tech's corporate headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert highlighted the funds' role in establishing sustainable local business roots. Victor Holt, who serves on various boards advocating for small businesses, remarked that the event exemplified the synergy between public investment and private innovation. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes key investments to support local entrepreneurs and drive economic growth. These investments aim to create jobs and expand opportunities for DC residents, reinforcing the city's commitment to fostering a thriving business environment.
