Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The renovated building will become V-Tech’s corporate headquarters, host the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and support the Holt Family Foundation's educational initiatives.

Deputy Mayor Nina Albert highlighted the funds' role in fostering sustainable local businesses. Victor P. Holt, the founder and CEO, also serves as Vice Chair of the National HUBZone Council, advocating for small business development. The Bowser Administration's initiatives reflect a commitment to economic growth and job creation for DC residents. Key investments include $2.

4 million for tech startups and $52 million through the DC Venture Capital Program. These efforts aim to strengthen the local economy and ensure long-term growth.
