Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

Victor P. Holt, a US Air Force veteran and company founder, serves as a local advocate for small business development. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes significant investments, such as $2. 4 million for the Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program. These initiatives are designed to enhance access to capital for local entrepreneurs and support the growth of tech startups.

The event highlighted the positive outcomes of public investment in local businesses. V-Tech Solutions continues to play a crucial role in the District's economy and job market.
