Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated the 25th anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and the grand opening of the Holt Building in Ward 2, a $4. 5 million renovation project. Over $929,000 in grants from the District's Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and Small Medium Business Growth Fund facilitated the project. Founded by Victor P. Holt, a US Air Force veteran, V-Tech Solutions aims to bolster DC's economy and create local job opportunities.

The renovated Holt Building will house V-Tech's headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Victor Holt stressed the significance of public investment in fostering small business innovation. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert noted the project's potential for creating long-term economic opportunities and strengthening local communities. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes funding initiatives to support small businesses, including $2. 4 million for the Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program.

These investments reflect the administration's commitment to enhancing the local economy and supporting entrepreneurs.
