Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

Holt, the company’s founder and a US Air Force veteran, highlighted the role of public investment in enhancing local economic growth. The Holt Building will house V-Tech's corporate headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes key investments aimed at supporting local entrepreneurs and creating job opportunities, such as $2. 4 million for the Technology Ecosystem Fund. Holt also serves as Vice Chair of the National HUBZone Council, advocating for small business development in underserved communities.

The celebration underscores the District's commitment to fostering a sustainable economy through support for local businesses. The investments aim to enhance economic opportunities and ensure community benefits from local ownership.
