Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated V-Tech Solutions, Inc. 's 25th anniversary and the grand opening of the newly renovated Holt Building in Ward 2. The $4. 5 million project was funded with over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund. The Holt Building will house V-Tech’s corporate headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development.

Deputy Mayor Nina Albert noted that these funds are designed to help local businesses establish sustainable growth and benefit the community. Victor P. Holt, founder of V-Tech, serves on various boards advocating for small business development. The event showcases the District's focus on investments that support local entrepreneurs and strengthen the economy. Key investments outlined in the FY26 Grow DC Budget include funding for tech startups and early-stage businesses.

These initiatives underscore the administration's commitment to creating jobs and fostering long-term growth in Washington, DC.
