Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building
The Bowser Administration celebrated the 25th anniversary of V-Tech Solutions, Inc. and the grand opening of the newly renovated Holt Building in Ward 2. The project, valued at $4. 5 million, received over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund. Victor P.
Holt, the company's founder and a US Air Force veteran, noted the significance of public investment in fostering small business innovation. The Holt Building will house V-Tech’s corporate headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert remarked that these funding programs aim to deepen local businesses' roots in DC and create long-term economic opportunities. V-Tech Solutions has been a key partner for the District, helping to strengthen the local economy and expand job opportunities. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes significant investments for small businesses, such as $2.
4 million for the Technology Ecosystem Fund. This commitment to local entrepreneurship reflects the District's status as a hub for technology and innovation.
