Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated the 25th anniversary of V-Tech Solutions, Inc. and the grand opening of the Holt Building in Ward 2. The $4. 5 million renovation project received over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund.

Victor P. Holt, the company’s founder and CEO, highlighted the synergy between public investment and small business innovation during the event. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert emphasized the importance of establishing a permanent presence for local businesses as a means to foster long-term economic growth. The newly renovated Holt Building will serve as the corporate headquarters for V-Tech, along with a new health and wellness venture and the Holt Family Foundation. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes key investments to support local entrepreneurs and enhance the technology ecosystem.

V-Tech's growth reflects the District's ongoing efforts to build a sustainable economy and expand access to capital for small businesses.
