5 million renovation project was bolstered by over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert highlighted the role of these funds in promoting sustainable business development and local investment. Victor Holt, who also serves on various economic development boards, described the event as a celebration of successful collaboration between public investment and small business innovation. The newly opened Holt Building will house V-Tech Solutions' headquarters and the Dripbar IV MedSpa, enhancing local health and wellness services. This initiative reflects the Bowser Administration's commitment to supporting entrepreneurs and driving economic growth through strategic funding.
