The Holt Building will accommodate V-Tech's corporate headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert highlighted the role of these funds in establishing sustainable business growth and economic opportunities in the District. Victor Holt, who also serves on various local boards, emphasized the event's significance in showcasing the impact of public investment on small business innovation. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget continues to support local entrepreneurs through initiatives such as the Technology Ecosystem Fund and the DC Venture Capital Program, aimed at expanding access to capital for startups. As a result, the District is reinforcing its position as a hub for technology and innovation.

This investment strategy aims to create jobs and strengthen commercial corridors, ensuring long-term economic benefits for DC residents.
