The Bowser Administration celebrated the 25th anniversary of V-Tech Solutions, Inc. by inaugurating the newly renovated Holt Building in Ward 2. This $4. 5 million project, backed by over $929,000 in grants from the Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and Small Medium Business Growth Fund, aims to bolster local job opportunities and economic development in Washington, DC. V-Tech, founded by US Air Force veteran Victor P.
