Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

This $4. 5 million renovation was made possible by over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund. Victor P.

Holt, the founder and CEO, highlighted how public investment facilitates small business growth and innovation. The Holt Building will host V-Tech's corporate headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. The administration aims to strengthen the local economy through the FY26 Grow DC Budget, which includes $2. 4 million for a Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program. These investments are designed to expand access to capital and support the growth of local entrepreneurs.

Holt also serves on the National HUBZone Council, advocating for policies that enhance small business development in underserved communities. This initiative reflects a commitment to creating long-term economic opportunities in Washington, DC.
