Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated V-Tech Solutions' 25th anniversary alongside the grand opening of the newly renovated Holt Building in Ward 2. The project, totaling $4. 5 million, received more than $929,000 in grants aimed at bolstering local business expansion and job creation. The Holt Building will house V-Tech's corporate headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert stated the funds are intended to foster sustainable growth and permanent local business presence.

Victor Holt, founder of V-Tech, serves as Vice Chair of the National HUBZone Council and actively promotes small business development in underserved areas. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget allocates funds to support local entrepreneurs, including $2. 4 million for a Technology Ecosystem Fund. Additional investments through the DC Venture Capital Program are expected to enhance access to capital for early-stage businesses. These initiatives aim to create long-term economic opportunities and strengthen Washington, DC's commercial landscape.
