Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated V-Tech Solutions' 25th anniversary and the grand opening of the renovated Holt Building, a $4. 5 million project located in Ward 2. This project received over $929,000 in grants from the District's Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund. V-Tech Solutions, founded by US Air Force veteran Victor P. Holt, serves as a Certified Business Enterprise and plays a pivotal role in strengthening the local economy.

The newly opened Holt Building will house V-Tech's headquarters, the Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert highlighted the significance of local ownership in fostering economic growth and sustainability. The District's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes key investments aimed at supporting small businesses, including $2. 4 million for the Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program. Victor Holt's advocacy for small business development extends to his roles on various boards and councils.

V-Tech's expansion illustrates the District's commitment to enhancing its technology landscape and creating job opportunities for residents.
