Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Holt Building will host V-Tech's headquarters, a new health and wellness venture, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert noted that the funding programs aim to establish long-term roots for local businesses and create job opportunities for residents. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes significant investments to support local entrepreneurs, including $2. 4 million for a Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program. These initiatives are designed to foster sustainable growth and enhance the District's economy.
