Victor Holt, who also serves on the board of the DC Infrastructure Academy, advocates for policies that enhance small business access to capital. The Holt Building will serve as V-Tech's headquarters, along with the Dripbar IV MedSpa and the Holt Family Foundation. This initiative aligns with the District's strategy to support local entrepreneurs, as evidenced by the FY26 Grow DC Budget's allocations for tech startups and commercial property acquisition.
