The Holt Building will accommodate V-Tech's corporate headquarters, a new health venture called Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, aimed at enhancing education and workforce development in the District. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert stated that these initiatives are designed to help local businesses establish a lasting presence while creating economic opportunities.
