5 million renovation project received over $929,000 in grants from the District's Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and Small Medium Business Growth Fund. The Holt Building will serve as V-Tech's headquarters and host new ventures, including the Dripbar IV MedSpa. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert stated that such investments help local businesses establish a strong presence in the community. Victor Holt, who also serves on several boards advocating for small business growth, underscored the importance of public investment. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget includes key investments aimed at fostering local entrepreneurship and job creation.
