Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated the 25th anniversary of V-Tech Solutions, Inc. and the grand opening of the newly renovated Holt Building in Ward 2, marking a significant milestone for the local tech firm. The $4. 5 million project received over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and Small Medium Business Growth Fund. Victor P.

Holt, the company's founder and a U. S. Air Force veteran, emphasized the impact of public investment on small business innovation. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert stated that these funding programs are designed to foster local ownership and create sustainable economic opportunities. The Holt Building will not only house V-Tech's headquarters but also the Dripbar IV MedSpa and the Holt Family Foundation.

The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget focuses on expanding small businesses and creating jobs for D. C. residents. Key investments include $2. 4 million for the Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program.

These initiatives aim to strengthen commercial corridors and ensure long-term growth in the District.
