The Bowser Administration celebrated V-Tech Solutions' 25th anniversary and the grand opening of the Holt Building in Ward 2. This $4. 5 million renovation, supported by over $929,000 in grants, will serve as V-Tech's headquarters and accommodate other local ventures like the Dripbar IV MedSpa and the Holt Family Foundation. Founded by Victor P. Holt, a US Air Force veteran, V-Tech is a Certified Business Enterprise that actively contributes to strengthening the DC economy.

Deputy Mayor Nina Albert stated that the funding programs are essential for local businesses to establish sustainable operations and create long-term job opportunities.
