This significant $4. 5 million project, supported by over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund, will serve as V-Tech's corporate headquarters. Founded by US Air Force veteran Victor P.

Holt, V-Tech Solutions is committed to strengthening DC’s economy and creating job opportunities. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert stated that these funding programs are vital for fostering local business growth and ensuring community benefits. Victor Holt, who also serves on various boards advocating for small business development, expressed pride in the collaboration between public investment and private innovation. The Holt Building will also include the Dripbar IV MedSpa and the Holt Family Foundation, focusing on education and workforce development. The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget plans to invest in local entrepreneurs, with key allocations aimed at technology startups and access to capital.

These efforts underline the District's commitment to building a sustainable economy that supports local ownership.
