The Holt Building will serve as V-Tech's headquarters and include a health venture and a family foundation for education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert emphasized the significance of public investment in fostering long-term economic opportunities. Holt, who serves on various boards, advocates for policies that enhance capital access for small businesses. This initiative reflects the administration's commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and creating jobs. Through the FY26 Grow DC Budget, the administration aims to strengthen commercial corridors and provide substantial funding for tech startups and early-stage businesses.
