Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated the 25th anniversary of V-Tech Solutions, Inc. and the grand opening of the newly renovated Holt Building in Ward 2. This $4. 5 million project was made possible by over $929,000 in grants aimed at fostering local business growth. V-Tech Solutions will operate its headquarters there, along with the Dripbar IV MedSpa and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development.

Deputy Mayor Nina Albert highlighted the importance of local investment in building long-term economic opportunities. Founder Victor P. Holt serves as an advocate for small business development and currently holds leadership roles in various organizations. The Bowser Administration’s FY26 Grow DC Budget includes significant investments to support local entrepreneurs, including $2. 4 million for the Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program.

These measures aim to expand access to capital and job creation for DC residents. The event reflects a commitment to enhancing the local economy through strategic partnerships and investments.
