V-Tech Solutions will establish its headquarters in the Holt Building, which will also host the Dripbar IV MedSpa and the Holt Family Foundation. The project received over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and Small Medium Business Growth Fund, demonstrating the city's commitment to local business development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert stated that these funds are designed to ensure sustainable growth and community benefits.
