The Bowser Administration celebrated V-Tech Solutions, Inc. 's 25th anniversary with the grand opening of the renovated Holt Building in Ward 2. Founded by Victor P. 5 million project received over $929,000 in grants from the District’s Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and the Small Medium Business Growth Fund, showcasing the city's commitment to supporting local businesses. The renovated building will house V-Tech's headquarters, the new Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert emphasized that these funds aim to create long-term economic opportunities for DC residents. Holt, who serves as Vice Chair of the National HUBZone Council, advocates for policies that foster small business development in underserved communities.
