The renovated building will house V-Tech's headquarters, the new Dripbar IV MedSpa, and the Holt Family Foundation, which focuses on education and workforce development. Deputy Mayor Nina Albert emphasized that these funds aim to create long-term economic opportunities for DC residents. Holt, who serves as Vice Chair of the National HUBZone Council, advocates for policies that foster small business development in underserved communities.
