The Bowser Administration's FY26 Grow DC Budget focuses on helping small businesses expand and create jobs. Key investments include $2.

4 million for a Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program. These initiatives aim to enhance access to capital and support local entrepreneurs in establishing long-term roots in the District.
