Bowser Administration Celebrates 25th Anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and Grand Opening of the Holt Building

The Bowser Administration celebrated the 25th anniversary of V-Tech Solutions and the grand opening of the renovated Holt Building in Ward 2 on September 26, 2025. Founded by Victor P. Holt, a native Washingtonian and US Air Force veteran, V-Tech Solutions focuses on strengthening the local economy and expanding job opportunities. The $4. 5 million project was supported by over $929,000 in grants from the District's Commercial Property Acquisition Fund and Small Medium Business Growth Fund, highlighting the administration's commitment to local businesses.

Deputy Mayor Nina Albert stated these programs are essential for fostering sustainable growth and community investment. Victor Holt, who also advocates for small business policies through various councils, remarked on the event's significance in combining public investment with commercial innovation. The Holt Building will serve as the corporate headquarters for V-Tech Solutions, as well as house the Dripbar IV MedSpa and the Holt Family Foundation. The Bowser Administration’s FY26 Grow DC Budget allocates funds to support local entrepreneurs and drive long-term economic growth. Key investments include $2.

4 million for a Technology Ecosystem Fund and $52 million for the DC Venture Capital Program.
