Mayor Bowser Delivers First Housing and Homeownership Opportunities at Reservoir District on Former McMillan Site

The townhomes’ design complements the preserved historic structures, reinforcing the area's character. Bowser's FY26 Budget continues to invest in housing initiatives, allocating significant funds to support affordable housing projects.
