The development, a public-private partnership with Vision McMillan Partners, includes contributions from EYA, Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, and Trammell Crow Company.

Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie expressed pride in the project, emphasizing its decades-long development and alignment with community values. The townhomes' design incorporates elements that reflect the site's historical significance. This initiative supports Bowser's commitment to enhancing affordable housing in DC, with a budget focused on housing development. The Reservoir District also announced a summer event series to foster community engagement and celebration.
