Mayor Bowser Delivers First Housing and Homeownership Opportunities at Reservoir District on Former McMillan Site
Mayor Muriel Bowser officially opened the Reservoir District Townhomes, introducing 146 new for-sale homes, including 22 affordable units, in Ward 5. This initiative is part of a larger redevelopment effort to transform the former McMillan Sand Filtration Site into a mixed-use neighborhood with residential, retail, and recreational facilities.
