Mayor Bowser Highlights Free, Safe and Fun Summer Opportunities for DC Youth, Encourages Families to Stay Cool During Extreme Heat

The District has launched the Out of School Time DC (MOST-DC) portal to assist parents in finding and registering for programs based on location, age, and cost. Deputy Mayor for Education Paul Kihn highlighted the commitment to making opportunities accessible to every student in the community. Notable activities include the DCPS Middle School Summer Learning program and the Junior Lifeguard Academy for youth aged 13 to 17.
