Community Services Employment Training (CSET) has celebrated the grand opening of its new Tulare Family Resource Center & Employment Connection Affiliate at 155 North K St. , marking a significant expansion in the services it offers to the local community. Previously located in a smaller facility, the new center boasts three meeting rooms, allowing staff to better serve clients and conduct various programs. CSET Senior Program Coordinator Marie Gonzalez expressed excitement about the increased capacity, noting the availability of additional youth programs and financial services aimed at improving credit ratings. The facility also features media rooms and dedicated spaces for both youth and adult workshops, enhancing the overall service delivery.

CSET Director Angel Avitia highlighted the center's mission to be a "one-stop shop," providing vital support for families experiencing challenges related to food, housing, and education. With approximately 35 years of service in Tulare, CSET aims to leverage its new space to reach more families in need.
