54-40 Brewing opens second pub, with full menu, in Washougal

54-40 Brewing Co. has officially opened its second establishment, Kascadia Brewery and Public House, located within the Evergreen Market in Washougal, Washington. This new pub not only offers a full-service restaurant but also fosters a family-friendly atmosphere, complete with televised sporting events and a variety of house-brewed beers. Co-owner Bolt Minister noted that the venture had been in the works for over a year, with significant contributions from friends and family. The menu is diverse, featuring pizzas, burgers, and sandwiches, with plans to expand to pasta dishes in the future.

The Kascadia pub will also serve as a venue for community events, enhancing local engagement and providing a space for gatherings. Minister highlighted the unique vibe of the new location, contrasting it with the original brewery, which continues to operate with a limited food menu. The pub includes games like shuffleboard and pinball, and it showcases sports and beer memorabilia.
